Mildred Larson was a faithful and active member of Sun Prairie Baptist Church. She believed in the mission of Sun Prairie;
"To glorify God by equipping people to know and serve Him." This scholarship is her generous way of helping her church fulfill that mission by assisting young church members with educational expenses so that they can better fulfill their role in the mission of the church.
The following application guidelines have been established:
1. The applicant must be a born-again Christian and an ACTIVE member of Sun Prairie Baptist Church, having given testimony to the Deacon/Deaconess board upon joining the church.
2. Any person between the ages of 17 and 25 years old may apply each year they are enrolled in a college, univdrsity, seminary or vocational school.
3. Applicant must be a full-time student of 12 credits or more.
4. Applicant must complete one full semester of school before receiving scholarship money.
5. If approved and a full semester of school is completed, payment will be made directly to the educational institution.
Deadline for receiving application is May 1
Student Information
A transcript to confirm fall enrollment and spring schedule is required after the first semester before scholarship is dispersed.
